A client memory system you can install in ten minutes
This is the smallest version of what I build, and it runs on its own. One folder per client holds who they are, a running summary that is always current, the open items on both sides, and a dated record of every call. After a call you drop the transcript in a folder and say two words, and the record updates itself. Before the next call you get a one-page brief. It reads Fathom transcripts, it runs inside Claude Cowork, and every file is plain markdown you can open without any AI at all. Nothing is locked in a tool you cannot leave.
It was built for a business coach who runs client calls and wants to walk in knowing where things were left. So it is a coach’s tool and the page says so plainly. If you run a company rather than a roster, the shape is still the point: your knowledge in files you own, a system that keeps them current, and a record you can walk backward. That shape is what the rest of this site is about.
You get two files, an installer and a handbook, zipped. Open Cowork, point it at a folder, drop the files in, and tell it to follow the installer. The handbook covers the rest, including what to do when a transcript does not file where you expected.
The installer and manual will be delivered to the email you enter.
